• Return procedure
You have 7 working days following the delivery of your order to return an item.
1 - Contact our customer service to check the eligibility of your return to XXX XXX XXX of Monday for Sale from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
2- Drop your item in a STARMARKET agency if you have been delivered by an agency. If you had been delivered to your home, STARMARKET will organize the collection of your return no later than 48 hours after the creation of the return.
3- The item will only be received if accompanied by its invoice, all its accessories and in its original packaging in good condition.
4- All returned items are subject to a verification review.
• The reasons for returns
You will find below the reasons for acceptance of return:
• Manufacturing defect
• Missing piece
• Non-compliance with the product offered on the site
Cannot be returned:
• Underwear (underpants, swimwear, etc.)
• Sex toys
• Care products, Beauty, Cosmetics and hygiene and accessories
• Food and consumables (cigars, drinks, etc.).
• Telephone accessories (protective films, cases, shells, etc.)
• Electronic accessories (earphones, chargers, headphones, etc.).
If the problem stems from customer use and / or all the return conditions are not met, the return of the item will then be refused
Note that no returns will be recorded beyond 7 days after delivery of the order. However, most of our products are covered by a warranty. We invite you to consult the details of your order in order to find out the warranty period for your item.
• Processing times for returns
The return procedure starts from the verification of your product at STARMARKET.
• Product replacements are made within 1 to 3 days.
If the replacement is not made within 3 days, we invite you to contact customer service at xxx xxx xxx Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Refunds for returned items are effective within 3 to 5 days. Refunds are made exclusively by Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
If the reimbursement is not made within 5 days, we invite you to contact customer service at xxx xxx xxx from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Return in case of disinterest
You may not be interested in the product at the time of delivery.
You can cancel your order via your STARMARKET account within 24 hours after confirmation of the order. After this period, fees will be applied according to the following cases:
• In the case of payment on delivery, you are required to pay the full cost of postage applied to this delivery. These are indicated in the invoice even if they are not taken into account.
• In the case of payment before delivery, you are refunded the value of the order less the shipping costs.
